In this section you will find information about sessions organised by Link4Life on a regular basis. These take place both in our centres and in community venues.  

Information on one-off events can be accessed in the What’s On section.

We have arranged the Activities information into sections to make it easier to use.

These sections are listed on tabs down the left hand side – for example Fitness or 50 Plus.

Here you will find information about current sessions, often new ones that you might want to try.  

We have then put all the information on current sessions into a timetable format. This can be searched in a number of ways.

Using Fitness Classes as an example – one of our most popular activities – you could search for all classes at Heywood Sports Village, or all Yoga sessions wherever they are; all sessions available on a Monday evening, or all 50 Plus sessions. A plus sign in the last column indicates additional information which might be a more detailed description about the session or contact and booking details.
