Balanceability is now being delivered at Link4Life venues. The UK's only accredited learn to cycle programme for children 6 years and under will be available on the following date, times and venues:
Weekly Sessions - booking is advised as places are limited

Buggy Bootcamp is a safe, effective and specific 45-minute workout without any childcare concerns, as your workout will be tailored around your baby and their buggy! The class also comes with the added bonus of an optional FREE soft play session and tea/coffee at the end. You can make new friends and benefit from the social fun these classes bring.
Thursdays: 11.30am (starts 14 April)
Buggy Bootcamp: 11.30am-12.15pm
Soft Play & Social: 12.15pm-1pm

Family Rebound Classes
Bounce yourself fit in this fun family fitness workout designed for all abilities. Children must be 8 years and above.
Fridays: 5.30pm-6.15pm (starts 15 April)
Cost: Children £3, Adult and child £5

Sportivate is a nationwide campaign that captures the excitement of sport and London 2012 by providing attractive, affordable and sustainable sporting opportunities for teenagers and young adults in the sport of their choice and guiding them into regular participation within their community.
Sportivate offers those who are not participating regularly in sport (or only for a limited amount of time) the opportunity to take part in 6 to 8 weeks of high quality coaching sessions and supports them to continue playing sport afterwards.
