For many years, Passport to Leisure has helped Rochdale Borough residents to save money on sport and leisure. Now there is money off even more leisure activities with a whole range of discounts available from local shops and services.

You can also sign-up at one of the RMBC Customer Service Centres throughout the Borough.
Restrictions apply to the use of PTL cards
- Swimming, Sauna and Steam Room, Indoor Sports and Aqua Aerobics - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday anytime.
- Fitness Studio - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday anytime.
The exact details of where and when discounts are available may change from time to time so please check with the relevant Centre or organisation to find out about their latest PTL benefits. To qualify for the discount you must show a valid PTL Card or you will be asked to pay the full price.
To apply for a PTL card you must live in the borough of Rochdale and you will need a passport size photograph plus proof of address and proof that you are eligible under one of the categories.
