The service includes Art Gallery, Arts Development, Education, Local Studies, Museum and Visitor Services and operates from two main venues: Touchstones Rochdale and Arts & Heritage Resource Centre.

Touchstones Rochdale, is offering any would be or existing writers, the opportunity to open up a whole new world of creative expression. During the ten sessions of creative writing, we will explore the techniques and styles professional writer’s use, to bring words to life which leave us with memorable impressions. Whilst drawing inspiration from the rich and intriguing arts & heritage collection, the group will also join in some amusing and vibrant workshops. It’s all free, so just bring yourself, everything else will be provided, even a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit.
