When you can use your PTL Card
Discounts on services at Link4Life centres are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday anytime.
The exact details of where and when discounts are available may change from time to time so please check with the relevant Centre or organisation to find out about their latest PTL benefits. To qualify for the discount you must show a valid PTL Card or you will be asked to pay the full price.
To apply for a PTL card you must live in the borough of Rochdale and you will need a passport size photograph plus proof of address and proof that you are eligible under one of the categories.
If you already have a Calderdale Passport to Leisure card, you can use this to get discounts at Link4Life facilities. Our PTL card is also accepted in Calderdale Council leisure facilities.
Applying for a PTL Card
You can apply for a PTL card provided you live in the Borough of Rochdale and qualify under one of the following categories.

| PTL Carer Card - Disabled members can obtain an additional Carer Card free of charge. This is valid at Link4Life Centres and is only issued where a PTL member requires the help and assistance of another person when using the Sport & Leisure facilities. The Carer is admitted at PTL rates. | ||

Conditions of Use
PTL cards must be renewed 12 months from the date of issue.
PTL cards cannot be renewed until the current card has expired.
PTL cardholders should inform their local PTL Registration Office of any change of address.
PTL cardholders moving out of the Rochdale Borough or who are no longer eligible for a PTL card should return the card immediately.
PTL cardholders may apply for replacement cards on payment of the appropriate fee of £3.00. The expiry date of the lost card will be transferred to the replacement
Link4Life reserves the right to alter or introduce new fees and charges including the availability of facilities without prior notice.
Any PTL cardholder who fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions will be liable to have their card withdrawn.
No refunds will be made.

Use your PTL Card to get great discounts for Public Swimming Sessions and Swimming Lessons for both Adults and Juniors. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday & Sunday any time.
Fitness Studios
Link4Life Fitness Studios/Suites at Heywood Sports Village, Middleton Arena, Rochdale Leisure Centre and Littleborough Sports Centre. Access Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday & Sunday any time. Option to 'Pay as you Train' with a discounted session rate or a monthly Gym Membership package giving an all in one package that includes gym, aerobics and fitness sessions, swimming and aquafit plus use of the athletics track. Induction required.
