Cookies are small amounts of information which we store on your computer. Unless you have indicated your objection when disclosing your details to us, our system may issue cookies to your computer when you log on to the site.

Link4Life uses Google Analytics webstats software. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. Browsers do not share first-party cookies across domains.
Link4Life uses email marketing software to send out regular eBulletins to subscribers. When each email is sent out, the software automatically adds a piece of code that requests a tiny, invisible image from our web servers. So when a reader opens the email, the image is downloaded, and we can record that download as an open for that specific email.
This information is only used on reports to provide statistics on open rates, recipient activity, bounce rates, sharing activity and which links are followed.
No email addresses are shared or disclosed to third parties.
We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.
We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us.
We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
